No Return Policy

All sales made through The Mannat Store India are final.

We do not accept returns for any products once they have been delivered.

No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for any orders after they have been placed and delivered.

Refund requests due to change of mind, incorrect product selection, personal preferences, or any other reason will not be accepted.

No Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Exchange Policy (Damaged Products Only)

We offer an exchange only in the case of products that are damaged during transit, subject to the following conditions:

• The package must be opened in the presence of the delivery executive at the time of delivery.

• The damage must be identified immediately upon opening the package at the doorstep.

• The customer should inform us immediately and provide clear photographs or videos of:

  • the damaged product,

  • the product packaging, and

  • the shipping label.

• Claims reported after the delivery executive has left the premises or after the package has been accepted without inspection will not be eligible for exchange.

• If the claim is verified and approved, we will arrange a replacement of the same product, subject to product availability.

No refunds will be issued in place of an exchange.

Cases Not Covered

The following situations are not eligible for return, refund, cancellation, or exchange:

• Change of mind after purchase.

• Incorrect product ordered by the customer.

• Products that have been used, installed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

• Damage reported after the delivery has been accepted and the delivery executive has left.

• Minor variations in colour, texture, or appearance due to screen settings or lighting.
