  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

After your order has been dispatched:

  • Estimated Delivery: 5–8 business days, depending on your delivery location.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, remote locations, or courier delays.

Our shipping charges are based on the total order value:

We also offer a Free Store Pickup option for customers who prefer to collect their orders personally.

Pickup Process

  • Select Store Pickup during checkout.

  • Your order will be prepared within 24 hours.

  • Once your order is ready, we will notify you via email or phone.

  • Please collect your order during our business hours after receiving the pickup confirmation.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email containing your tracking details. You can use the tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment.
